We have recently signed up to participate in RatePoint's consumer rating program and have received back about 15 or so reviews by our clients so far. After a short time on the program, we have attained a rating of 4.53 out of 5 stars, so the feedback is positive and constructive. Please see below. At the moment, we are using comments from clients to help further improve services. Our standard is excellence and we constantly look to improve the client experience, as we have been doing since 1991. Notably, different clients think and act differently, so inevitably we will not completely satisfy everyone. We make intelligent choices in the handling of clients and cases.

We have yet to open the reviews to the public because we need to somehow mask the identities of our clients due to the attorney/client privilege. We are legally required to treat all client matters in strict confidence. We are diligent in working with Rate Point to solve the problem.
