philippines fiance visa comment

I would like to speak to you about your services in helping to obtain a K-1 Fiancee visa. My fiancee is from the Philippines. . . . I returned April from a two week visit.

I have been filling out the required paper work and am beginning to realize the potential for making even a simple error which my delay the process. My name is [withheld]. You can reach me at . . . business hours. I look forward to speaking with you.

Sincerely,

Larry,

Thank you for contacting us. I understand you tried phoning us earlier today. Chris Holmes of our office tried calling you back, but could only leave a message. We had a bump up in phone calls today, which is unusual for a Thursday, and so neither of us were available at the time you phoned.

It seems you may be a U.S. Attorney. I wonder if you prosecute immigration matters in California...

If you are interested in our services you are welcome to call us back and I will be glad to assist and answer any other questions you have. I can also try and have Chris call you again. We do not charge for phone consultations. Our phone hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., PT. Thank you.

Allan,

Thank you so much for your response to my email. Yes, Chris did leave a message, however, I was not able to return it prior to 4 p.m. yesterday.

Yes, I am an Assistant U.S. Attorney here in San Diego. I used to prosecute immigration cases years ago, but I am now in our appellate section.

I began to fill out the paper work myself for the fiancee visa and began to realize that there were many possibilities for error and I know what that can lead to. Your fees seem very reasonable, and I would feel better working with someone with the experience that you have.

I will try to give Chris a call again today to discuss further.

Thank you again for your kind attention.

Sincerely,
