florida fiancee visa comment

[Gentlemen:]

I have worked with the border protection agencies for over 25 years, finally retiring as a US Customs Service Port Director here in Florida. So, I am totally familiar with the "bureaucratic ballgame" most citizens are forced to endure when dealing with the often complicated issues arising under these agencies' jurisdictions. I have found USCIS procedures to be the most cumbersome, and personnel attitudes to be the most hostile toward immigration efforts by private citizens. While I am confident I could individually negotiate these minefields myself, I just want to avoid the hassles and the possible errors which may be inevitable were I to attempt it.

So, having a legal problem, I think the best possible solution is to hire an expert. You folks seem to have done some rather extensive work in this field, and I am leaning your way.

Before calling, I need to know what your retainer costs are and what, if any, "hidden" fees may lie in wait down the road. I write today because the time zone difference and the impending holiday week-end may make direct contact a bit difficult for me. Be assured I will call as soon as I receive your response to this inquiry.

Sincerely,
Ronald R. in Florida
